Freedom Trading Company Limited provides import, export, international shipping, export documentation, warehousing, and supply services from China and other countries. The nature of the service provided is subject to prior agreement between the two parties.

3. Customer obligations

The customer is obligated to provide accurate and correct information about the goods to be shipped or imported, and to comply with all customs and commercial regulations and laws in force in the country of origin and the country of destination.

• Submit correct and complete documents
• Accurately disclose the nature of the goods
• Comply with local import regulations
• Paying dues on time

4. Prices and payments

Prices depend on shipment details, shipping method and transportation route. The final price is confirmed in the quotation provided to the customer. Payments are made according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

Freedom Trading Co., Ltd. makes every effort to ensure the safety of shipments, but it does not accept responsibility for:

• Damages caused by force majeure beyond our control
• Customs delays caused by inaccurate information from the customer
• Damage resulting from inappropriate packaging by the supplier
